Description: The South Strong Farm (#03019-03586) is a +/- 66-acre parcel of timberland located in southeastern Union County lying about 3 miles south of Strong, AR (North 33.06584, West 92.351484). The topography consists of well-drained rolling hills with a creek drain running through the middle. Access is excellent with frontage to AR-Hwy 275 aka "Oakland Road" running along the western edge of the property. An old camp/home site once existed on the property with some utilities available along this highway; the property is within the Strong-Huttig School District. About 25 acres of what once was an old pasture/field was planted with pine in 2017, a fenceline runs around this stand.
