Davis DuBose Knight Forestry & Real Estate has been authorized to sell eight properties totaling approximately 486 acres of timberland, 411 acres of which are located in Columbia County, Arkansas; 75 acres, in Union Parish, Louisiana. The properties are being sold by sealed bid and the tracts can be purchased individually or together. These properties consist of approximately 376 acres of pine plantation with an average age of twenty-three years old. The plantations are in need of thinning, and they have the ability to generate immediate income.
Holly Creek 140
NE SW , E SW SW , SE SW , NW SE of Section 17, Township 17 South, Range 22 West, Columbia County, Arkansas, containing 140 acres, more or less. Timber is largely comprised of twenty-year-old pine plantation. Paved road access less than a mile away from Lake Columbia. There are two established food plots to attract deer and turkey and an eight-acre water feature. From the square in Magnolia (~15 min) head west on E Main for 5.5 miles, then turn right on Columbia Rd 29. Continue on Columbia Rd 29 for 2.6 miles then turn left onto Columbia Rd 27 S. In 0.6 miles, take a slight right onto Columbia Rd 50. Continue on Columbia Rd 50 for 2.0 miles. The property will be on your right.

Timber is comprised of thirty-seven acres of twenty-one-year-old pine plantation and a three-acre SMZ. From Stephens head south on AR-57. Continue on AR-57 for 7.0 miles then turn right on Columbia 65. Almost immediately veer right onto Columbia Rd 506. Continue on Columbia Rd 506 for 0.6 miles following the pink flagging. The property will be on your left.
